Kelley Franco has extensive experience in probate litigation. This is the practice of handling probate matters that become litigious. She is particularly skilled at representing executors and trustees in contested matters in Probate Court and on probate appeals in Superior Court. Kelley has also handled numerous will contests in Probate Court and on appeal to Superior Court for local families. She has also litigated conservatorships. She regularly appears before the probate judges of lower Fairfield County.
